Mother's Day Giving: Supporting our local Women's Shelter
In the lead up to Mother's Day, we will be collecting pamper items to make into pamper packs for our local women's shelter, and we would love you to join us as we bless these women! C3 Norwood has a long-standing partnership with the shelter who provide support for women (and their children) experiencing domestic violence. Each year we commit to deliver pamper packs, and this year we will be delivering 20 of these. It has been an especially difficult time during Covid-19, so this year more than ever we want to show the love of Jesus to these women through assembling beautiful pamper packs.
Please join us by bringing quality items to church or Dinner Party over the next few weeks (the last day to donate will be Sunday, May 2). There will be a large basket available at church for you to place your donated items. We ask that you donate brand new, individually packaged items, and suggested items include:
- Shampoo and conditioner
- Body wash/shower gel
- Body sponge/loofah
- Hand cream
- Body lotion/moisturizing cream
- Toothbrush (individually wrapped and sealed)
- Toothpaste
- Brush/comb
- Deodorant
- Shower cap
- Soap
- Razors (no large packs please, packs of 2 or 3 is preferable)
- Body scrub
- Face mask (peel off skin treatment)
- Body spray
- Bath bombs/bath soak
- Nail polish
- Nail polish remover
- Emery board/nail file
- Makeup remover wipes/pads
- Small tissue packs
